The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties performing the act of buying and selling online and are valid between MENIA, as the seller and the user i.e. any person, hereinafter referred to as "buyer", who makes online purchase of one or more products on the website www.meniadesign.com. All changes relating to these terms and conditions of sale will be posted on www.meniadesign.com and will apply to purchases after such change. All users are encouraged to consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale section prior to any purchase.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the website www.meniadesign.com/shop in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

Products

All products made by MENIA are handcrafted and handmade, each product sheet contains information regarding the product and any precautions, as well as the intended use, which are useful for the purpose of enjoyment and safety of the product.
The buyer before finalizing the order is obliged to take a look at the characteristics of the product, which are described in the individual product sheets and then is informed about the following issues: material, price, size and weight of the object, which may deviate by '2% from the values indicated in the sheet (being handmade); in each description is reported, if the workmanship is entirely handmade, in which case will be attached appropriate certificate of guarantee as proof of craftsmanship.
The images shown on the site are included for illustrative purposes, are purely indicative and do not constitute a contractual element.
The photographs of the products presented on www.meniadesign.com do not constitute a contractual element, as they are representative only. Photographic images of the products were taken in optimal conditions with professional instrumentation, however depending on the screen of the device from which the photo is viewed, colors may vary in tone.

Small imperfections and discrepancies, which may occur, are the result of the craftsmanship of the product and will not result in product replacement.

Product Availability

Product availability refers to the availability of the physical warehouse at the time the buyer places the order. If the product is not in stock, the buyer will have the option to pre-order the product. Due to the semi-craftsmanship nature of our products, we reserve 2 weeks for the ordered vase to be made unless it is in stock. The package will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the time of shipment (Italy). Shipments to Europe will take 2 to 4 working days.

It will be the responsibility of "MENIA" to send order confirmation. In case of partial availability of the order, an informative e-mail will be sent to the Buyer, about the available quantities and the time to complete it. It will be up to the Buyer to give feedback and relative acceptance to the informative e-mail.

Prices

Purchase prices include statutory VAT but do not include the cost of transportation.The price change becomes valid from the moment the new price is published online.

Order confirmation

Payment methods and delivery terms

Only the payment methods indicated on the site are allowed: PayPal, credit card, cash on delivery. Once payment has been verified, the seller undertakes to ship the product to the address indicated within 14 working days from the date of credit. Transport costs are borne by the buyer according to the delivery methods selected at the time of ordering. Everything must be reported to the seller via an email to info@meniadesign.com who undertakes to ascertain all the causes and resolve the issue quickly. Reports of damage to objects following acceptance of the package by the buyer will not be taken into consideration.

The delivery terms for customized products made at the buyer's request will be agreed via e-mail directly with the interested party.

Warranty

The products must be handled with care and maintenance must be carried out correctly, as described on the product sheet based on the processes and materials used. Menia declines all responsibility for damage caused to things or people resulting from incorrect use of the product. The warranty does not include any type of assistance or repair of the product or parts of it damaged following incorrect use of the product itself. Products damaged or broken after acceptance of the package delivered by the courier will not be replaced. Since these are handcrafted products, the manufacturer reserves the right to replace or repair the product based on the defect found within 30 days from the moment of delivery of the product to the address indicated by the buyer. Accidental breakages caused by the buyer or third parties after acceptance of the package do not entail the replacement of the product. Furthermore, requests for replacement of items purchased on our site and subsequently modified or adjusted by the buyer with the consequent damage to the product itself will not be taken into consideration.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons.

The buyer, from the moment of receipt of the purchased product, has 14 (fourteen) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, sending the purchased product or products at his own expense to the seller's address: MENIA, Via di Porta al Borgo 4 , 51100 Pistoia - Italy. The deadline for returning the product starts from the date of receipt of the product. Furthermore, the buyer is required to send a written communication via email to the address info@meniadesign.com with the subject "Withdrawal of product purchased online", advising the seller of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the desire to ask for a replacement or refund. This communication must be received within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt of the product; furthermore, it is necessary to attach photos of the product and packaging to the aforementioned e-mail. For the purposes of the return deadline, the product is considered returned from the moment of delivery of the same to the shipper. Only cases of return will be accepted for products returned as a whole, in the complete and intact original packaging; products that are damaged, show signs of use or have packaging different from the original will not be accepted and therefore it will not be possible to request a replacement of the product or refund the purchase price. If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly and the product is intact in all its parts and shows no damage or signs of use beyond the use of normal diligence, the seller is required to return the sum paid by the buyer within thirty days from receipt of the returned product.

Responsibility and use of the site

The integrity of the elements of this site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of MENIA and are protected by intellectual property rights. MENIA assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract. Furthermore, MENIA assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products, having adopted all precautions possible based on the best science and experience of the moment and on the basis of ordinary diligence.

All contents made available by the Company through the Site, including trademarks, distinctive signs, expressions, texts, domain names, software systems used in relation to the Site and the Services are the exclusive property of the Manager and any assignors.
