Shipments and returns

For the launch period of the site, shipping costs for Italy are free! For shipments to Europe they will cost 10 euros.

Given the semi-artisan nature of our products, we reserve 2 weeks to create the ordered vase, unless it is ready for delivery. The package will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the time of shipment (Italy). For shipments to Europe it will take 2 to 4 working days.

If you made a mistake in composing your order or if you have second thoughts and want to cancel it, within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can contact us at the email address info@meniadesign.com giving us your order number and we will guide you to fix it.

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, using the box and packaging in which the item arrived. Contact us first at info@meniadesign.com and we will guide you through the return procedure. Return costs are your responsibility.

If the shipment was not successful or there were problems in delivering the package, you can conveniently check on the BRT website by entering the shipping code that you can find in the shipping confirmation email to have access to all the information relating to your order, such as location, delivery attempts or instructions to report to couriers.

Product use

Do not put water directly into the vase. Use any watertight glass/ceramic/plastic container that has a diameter less than or equal to 10cm at the largest point, and insert it inside.

PLA and PETG jars are for internal use only. Keep them away from sources of excessive heat. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Our vases can be cleaned using dust-proof cloths, wipes moistened with water and/or with detergent products suitable for use on plastic surfaces, therefore non-acidic and not too aggressive.

Keep away from heat sources and do not expose to sunlight (even indirect) and do not keep it in environments with temperatures above 40°. Place the product on a stable base, it could be damaged if it falls.

Contact with direct and continuous sunlight on the hottest days could both cause the color pigments that characterize the product to lose and physically damage the surface of the vase.
